Sesshin (Intensive Zazen Practice)
at Rinshouji temple
Every month, we have been doing intensive zazen sessions or sesshin at the Tesshukai dojo.
In July 2020, we did sesshin at Rinsho-ji Temple in Nagawa, Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture.

AT Tesshu-kai dojo
We offer a monthly sesshin at the Tesshukai dojo. We stay overnight and do intensive zazen practice from Friday night through to Sunday noon.
